Personally, I get extremely nervous regarding surgeries and anesthesia. Don’t like it at all! For some reason I am much more relaxed at this facility than a hospital or other outpatient facility. Even though they are busy, I don’t feel like they are rushing people thru or have a bunch of patients stacked up. It appears they have a great process in place and the personnel work well together. It’s great to have so much continuity with the staff between the two facilities. Nice to know if there is an issue after hours, someone will respond plus f/u post surgery is exceptional.
