Dr. Horwitz is wonderful, he gives excellent care, his staff are friendly, personable. I can’t say enough about Dr. Horwitz, he always knows what’s the best treatment his patients need. He tells what the cost will be, what the down time will be after the surgery if need it. He has already looked at your chart before each visit. His staff is very knowledgeable. You might have to wait, he’s worth it. You will not be disappointed.
