After several years of struggling with foot and heal pain. It began to take over my life it seemed like I was in pain 24/7. I could not get out of bed without using a crutch in the middle of the night to make my way to the bathroom. I limped around all day every day and on many occasions I cancelled plans that required any amount of time on my feet.
