I went to see Dr. Horwitz after seeing a part of the segment on TV. I thought a free work up for foot pain, great. I was there for bilateral foot and ankle pain. He was confused by why I was there because it was a “bunion clinic” offer for a free work up. He listened to me and was willing to treat me right then even though I was not there for a bunion. He gave me 100% of his attention despite my mistake. He helped me and made feel important.
